Miss Amazon 2015 : Brazilian beauty pageant ends in tears after runner-up snatches crown - The claws came out during a Brazilian beauty pageant when an angry runner-up wrenched the crown off the winner's head and threw it to the ground.
Sheislane Hayalla, 23, flew off the handle when Carolina Toledo, 20, was announced the winner of Miss Amazon 2015 in Manaus, northern Brazil, on Friday.
Brazilian pageant runner-up snatches crown - Miss Manaus runner-up Sheislane Hayalla took matters into her own hands when she didn't get the result she wanted.
Hayalla snatched the crown from Toledo's head and threw it to the ground before insulting her rival and storming off stage.

Organisers quickly moved to re-crown Toledo as officials backstage rushed to reach the distraught runner-up.
Hayalla later claimed corruption was at play, saying Toledo had bought her way to the title and "didn't deserve" to win.
Toledo did not comment on the incident except to say it was "an unbelievable feeling" to have claimed the title.

As Miss Amazon, Toledo will now represent her state in the Miss Brazil contest.
